    Then why does ALB want it so badly? You have to always look at the motivations of the Buyer and what they see in the asset. Nobody buys something unless they think it'll be worth a lot more in the future.

    Like I said previously, the only reasonable factor why the BOD want out here is if they don't think they can execute as well as ALB can for this mine. Does that sound the BOD we've had for this company for the last few years? I don't think so. Any reasonable person/investor can see there is a lot more to this than the BOD is disclosing. I'm trying to figure out what it is that they don't have to disclose that is materially affecting their decision here.

    Investing is about optimism, if you want bad news, you will always find it.
