Beyond my pay grade / experience as all my holdings are Chess sponsored.
Maybe the custodian gets to use their ‘discretion’ on how to vote for all shares in their custody —personally I would hope not as we can all surmise the ‘suits’ & ‘big end of town’ often operate in their self interest.
Can someone please give an authorative answer.
