Some thoughts for pondering.
1. Could the market be pricing in the deal to NOT go ahead? We have been sitting around this price for a while due to a bit of skulduggery.
2. Could there be a JV with others in the wind, as LTR are under no obligation to accept non binding offer. The share price will be stable for at least a couple of months due to offer.

3. Can ALB afford the deal?
4.Was a JV with ALB considered?
5. Does a stable price keep us in the ASX100 and if so what are the benefits?
