1. If you get taxed by ATO, can you claim that back through Inland Revenue due to the double taxation treaty?
2. Assume if you are deemed to be a trader by Inland Reveue you pay income tax but if you are a long term investor it is CGT free? I know of at least a few long term Kiwi holders in LTR so I was thinking of them.
