Corrected for fifth reason;
Four reasons ALB bid can fail:
1. 25% of shares votes NO (this includes mine)
2. Expert hired to assess whether bid is fair or not fair and decides NOT FAIR
3. Some other 'big boy' puts in a higher bid
4. LTR BOD changes their mind on the deal (and pays some x amount of $$ fine for having done so)
