After much consideration, along with reading and re-reading the announcement many times, I’ve come to agree with many previously stated views here that the TO bid is a gambit by the BOD. It is just so out of character for the company, and TG in particular. It just doesn’t gel with previous statements and presentations by both TG and TO.
If the LTR BOD are chess players then surely they must be amongst the grandmasters.
We as plebs can only guess as to the underlying machinations. Only time will tell.
