Now that I have calmed down after this bad news, I had a thought. could it be that by allowing this offer to proceed it prevents the Albermoles from a hostile takeover because they are now locked in? also the board will recommend accepting the offer but does that mean they have to personally accept the offer with their voting rights from personal shares?
