Yes, because the price of LTR is no longer pegged to spod pricing - it's pegged 100% to this ALB takeover offer.
The only way this is going to change is if ALB pulls out during DD - at which point the market is no longer going to price a $3 bid.
None of this is particular hard to grasp, it's ridiculous so many people on a share investing / trading forum have such a hard time understanding what should be a basic concept.
