I'm trying to make sense of this also...
Maybe if they rejected it then ALB would walk away, whereas if they recommend it, then ALB hang on and (as many on here have mentioned) any other potential buyers step up to the plate.
As we saw with the last offer, they gave us radio silence until the recent article saying that the offer still stood. We want ALB to hang around so that we can keep our SP at these levels as we near production.
I'm trying to make sense of this also...Maybe if they...
