Wow, I think this is the start of auctioning $LTR especially since ALB said this is the final offer unless there are other offers.I agree on all points @gememde!
IMO we’ll receive a counter offer from another company (RIO, BHP or others) if it’s not already in discussion.
I think TG is the best negotiator in the business as he has been in similar situations before.
To the faithful $LTR longs stay tight till further announcement

Only time will tell...
In the end, however, I am absolutely disappointed, because one thing is now certain for me, LTR is obviously for sale....
I am too small to speculate on possible motives, TG will probably know what he is doing!
For me, it is now time to think about selling my shares at the offer price, whatever that may be, or staying with the takeover company, whatever it may be called....
