when I sold at $7.5 I was thinking the best case scenario was $8 and the odds were low
$8 was assuming this to be a done deal
the revised offer is generous
but I would do the same again, sell today .
why risk it all for a 10% upside now at $8 for $8.90
I made $160 on a $20k parcel. Could have made $1000 instead. But it is what it is. Fair game to everyone
took my money and moved it to santos instead
