Too much uncertainty going forward, have they obtained FIRB approval yet, perhaps issues with ACCC, the potential for more government intervention, basically sell now @ $8.15 minus the reduction in sp due to the dividend or wait for $8.90 until November, a lot can happen in the next 9 months, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush
