its a low baller bid overall similar to Entain however, the $500m for gaming services thrown in is arguably more compelling for TAH assuming TAH want to offload it all in one. and focus on lottery/keno. They paid $128m for Ebet back in 2016. so that is not bad in 5yrs. I always liked eBET when it was listed smart buy although they copped big hit unfortunately during covid.
bigger bids to come IMO, still has long time to play out but agree we should see small uptick tomorrow in SP you would think
