It means the existing permit the tenements had were not granted an extension to the permit by the Brazilian National Mining Agency back in October 2023. AGR appealed this denial n November 2023.
The permit was probably an exploration permit. I doubt it holds any significance to the Company at this present time, given it seems the focus is not on the Brazilian copper projects.
