Time will tell if SBM will turn around share price. SH's averaging down and holding is likely the play.
I suspect that this is just tidying up a loose end. Free roll of the dice and derisking. Best case this Linden mob build something worth taking over. Management wouldn't be backing them in if there wasn't something there.
Interesting point gleened from linden website. 4 months from C&M to first pour. No small feat
