You would think so but at current MC I am not sure how if investors are pricing this in much or thinking its pie in the sky. Could be an opportunity for those who are awake although management is unproven in terms of delivering much beyond a technology. With this in mind the alternative strategy to developing as a competitor might be to license this to an existing operator who may be able to achieve a better execution and more buck out of the opportunity.
