What is disturbing is the lack of information being provided - sort of like "we've got a great idea that you don't need to worry about - just give us your money"

Where is the detail about the return we will get from our capital?
Why are we effectively underwriting the St Kilda Road unit issue?

It seems to me that we are being treated like mushrooms by an arrogant RE. It MIGHT be a good idea - but where is the detail? All I know is my units took a big hit when it was announced.
