    Chapter 1 and 2 haven't changed from last RTO to my knowledge so will be approved on that grounds...

    They would have gotten this investor feedback so hopefully it's a case of you guys remove the idiotic 110m performance shares we will raise the money ... they still get big options as well and convertible notes at 10c ... still need to get this deal across the line even if after all is approved!!
