Why would you sell out? The merged entity will be much more superior than the individual companies. And when The combined STO and OSH get to $8-$10 you will be apart of it. Your own shares would then be more like $5.63 OSH equivalent had OSH gone it alone.
I think this is a good fit. Ofcourse would have preferred a higher ratio but it is pegged at STOs price. The combined entity is worth an STO price over $10 imho.
