Ignore the share price. The last offer was 36.9%. This offer is 38.5%. Basic maths shows that this offer is much better than the previous one, which was already a fair offer. OSH probably asked for 40% and they met in the middle, but it is still a great outcome for OSH shareholders. The value of your shareholding is going to increase more than OSH going it alone.
