Yes, I agree within 1 week and this Ann is a flag of the expected positive outcome. I still think there is an offer on the table so when the Ann drops the SP will fly. The Rio Tinto example is another reason why Mx would just want to sell. If not then I expect the DR within days of the MR coupled with the Ann prod upg. The only delayed item then would be the BFS but Mx should give a synopsis of their forward planning including financing and toll Tx.
