COVID restrictions being used as an excuse for the delay in responses is using a very long bow.
There are multiple communication devices such as ZOOM, telephones, emails that can be used to provide answers, which won't spread ANY disease afaik !!
This thing smells more and more every day.
Many of us are in Lockdown, some of us could be LockedUp, "allegedly" !!
