If there is a report to be made to the Australian Federal Police then shareholders should make one. The fact that there hand then one made maybe that there isn’t a matter to report? You won’t know until people start putting in reports.
With COVID it’s hard to tell. It maybe a case that they need documents and they are in the office that they cannot attend at this time?
But yes you are right, I do know a lot of business that are still managing to work with the lockdowns remotely and some even are exempt to go in due to work related exemptions.
