Well, sometimes this can be good news.
In this case however, considering that AP has yet to purchase anything on market, zero regard for the confidence such a purchase can make, this seems to be a simple formality.
Consider the blokes salary he should easily be able to spare a good chunk - it may even restore some trust that he's lost to S/H this past year.
