I did a quick comparison between this and the last one (I believe) released in November 2019; these are the major ones (highlighted) that I believe have been added (& intriguing):
One can speculate that; these changes are to take into consideration of future events that may eventuate; hope that last one - dividends refers to dividends payable to shareholders in the ordinary course of conducting a trading business.
