I for one, have no interest in your ranting, unrelated, random thought bubbles. I too have seen (invested in) company's whose directors have been removed via a 249D. Directors can be removed and or replaced by a multitude of avenues. The 249D is simply one of these means that belongs to the owners of the company. ie.... ME and many others. The hyperventilation coming from a disinterested party, such as yourself has no value to me.
There are 7 billion people on the face of this earth. It is my contention that at least 1 of them is orders of magnitude more capable the Mark Fortunatow.
