Rea still only captures a modest share of all costs to sell a home. However in terms of influencing the sell outcome its value is much higher. We now how 3d video's, street view. Imagine when Ai kicks into this business properly and you keep getting closer to feeling like you are walking thru a home from your VR set or large screen tv. Point being, this business has terrific embedded revenue upside as it ultimately becomes the no 1 driver of a sale. NVIDIA upside perhaps?
