Makes even less sense to me considering what has changed since the quarterly came out - i.e. further rises in manganese prices and rapid collapse of shipping costs. So while the costs in the quarterly weren't pleasant, they have demonstrably improved since then, while conversely the share price has continued to accelerate downwards.
