I have done probably a hundred hours of research into HPM, suggest you do that, as you say... DYOR!
I know what is correct and so do those that are heavily invested here.
Why do you think E25 has a CSIRO patent on their process?
There is no one site telling you everything you need to know, but there are some useful youtube videos out there.
People are of the belief that HPM is some easy thing to do - it isn't, especially as batteries demand very very low impurities, making most manganese very expensive to turn into HPM. There is also a big difference between 99.9% and then even 99.95% HPM.
So believe what you wish, but i suggest you research it much further and learn a bit more about it.
