Its however strange that the combination of E25, Port Hedland and Top Fair weren't able to property factor this into the shipping schedule that E25 advised to the ASX on the 22nd of November.
Top Fair made better time than expected and arrived on the afternoon of the 28th not the 29th. Its strange they would try to make good time if they were then going to sit around in a water based quarantine for 5 days. This was however the first time they had visited Port Hedland - note the remarks section.
Can we guess therefore that Top Fair was not aware of WA quarantine procedures and nobody realised this? E25 - if reading this tread, you are now an operational miner and need to understand all the logistics properly of the delivery chain.
