It wasn't. But its definitely part of the plan... fund current stage, expand using cash flow and if needed some additional funding, rinse repeat etc.
Now they are stuck at stage 1 and likely have to raise money to get further unless multiple things work in favour. Not saying they won't - but this isn't the risk I envisioned when I invested.
