I wasn't aware either. So without E25, OMH would be in a bit of strife by the sound of it.
I guess if E25 really was an OMH takeover target, (at the current share price it definitely should be on their radar, and S32's) it would be in the interest of OMH holders to talk down the E25 share price? Not suggesting that is happening.
