Sounds OK on the surface (metaphorically, not talking oxides - lol), but I guess it is a lot of money to come up with, and the free carry makes it a bit tougher. PRU's balance sheet is net cash positive, so that is a positive. I'm surprised it didn't go up, but have only read the first page or so. Not sure of assumptions. They appear to have lined up some debt which is good. Keen to hear what some PRU followers think.
