Yes, those experts will come as we transition and grow as a company. Look at any peer who transitions to production... they hire people on a needs basis as the business and operations change and different positions are needed. Apart from Lake Hope, we are an exploration company and therefore the exploration geologists are important. For Lake Hope, as we transition through development stage and towards production, we are undertaking initial studies which are outsourced to professional entities. There is no need for us to hire any additional higher-level managers, corporate type roles yet until these studies are finalised, this time next year from memory. Right now it would just be wasted money and they would be limited to what they can do while we await additional data. I am sure in the next 2 years we will see positions advertised to fill further roles as the company expands.
