the only thing i can think of, is that they needed to put other detail into the prospectus, maybe allow for any to get their money back out ? can that be done ?
Is it because they are doing this placement now ? that overlaps the previous issued capital that didnt issue the 2a yet?

Which is going to be issued first ? the current placement ? or the former SPP that has now had to be leap frogged over the later ?
