the mystery to me is why they choose to list in aus rather than obtain funding in the US? they only needed a small amount circa $20M and by US standards this is nothing, CEO talked about VC wanting too much control but i think VC care more about mega payoffs on invested $ then control, leave that to the tech heads/management if the business model stacks up and the growth potential is there why not just passively invest and enjoy the fruits later?
