Ann: Revision of FY17 guidance, page-130

1) Not pay stupid multiples to "win" auctions.
2) Actually successfully integrate existing acquisition and learn what works / doesn't before doing another 2 mammoth deals
3) Keep key talent or personal (majority of deals fall over due to culture issues and it seems there was a Board clash and key people left as it wasn't working)
4) Stop smoking the hootchie cootchie with forecasts that were just BULL MARKET to justify to ridiculous multiples paid for these acquisitions
5) Management are custodians of shareholder wealth and they certainly have destroyed a lot in the past couple years and asked for a few chunky top ups along the way for capital raising's

It will take years for the razor PE gangs or a new management team to clean out all the skeletons and fix this mess.
