I've been watching this company for a while too. in attempting to act as consolidator (debt fuelled) at the lower end its parallel with EHE in the aged care sector is interesting. in that scenario EHE was saved by a heavily discounted capital raising to some friendly instos. given the heady debt levels in VOC I wonder if that's on the cards here too...not sure I would call this a buy at this time. caution / watch and wait is the approach I am taking.
