VOC has assets. I agree it need a talent management team, thus James an Tony were approached by private equity to fix this. It takes time but I think it worth more than $3 dollar a share. TPG was having the same issues as well (I was also a holder), despite headed by talent DEO David. It is generally sell down by big boy. The difference we had is NBN advantage which again in the presentation clearly show that VOCUS are growing and doing extremely in this section
