    I agree. I just have a rule that when emotions are getting the better of me, I don't deploy any capital.

    I've seen too many people trying to recover losses because of emotion, which end up losing a lot more.

    Fwiw - my portfolio returns were 30% p.a. at their peak. They currently sit at 17% after this. Vocus is only a portion of that result
