I as much think it's because they might find systemic manipulation being performed and possible loose controls around the conduct monitoring that partiicpant brokers are supposed to have in place, and because it's in the Small Cap less liquid area of the market it's easier to put onto the bottom of the pile, rather than tackle what could be quite a big (and embarrassing) problem for apparently few to benefit from.
Anyway, if the blatant audacity in this end of day technique and its blocking order approach isn't enough to observe on an almost daily basis, well this morning there is a total thumbing of the nose back at the market rules in that the same very 590 share quantity which featured in yesterday's close was traded back this morning !!
I wouldn't be surprised if this were a sell back to the same place where yesterday they were sold from, so two examples of No Change in Beneficial Ownership trading.
There is no orderly market under the Coporations Act if regulators don't stamp these things out, and I can't help but think inaction on their behalf actually exposes them to future recourse.
Anyway this morning, as you'll see by scrolling back up to yesterday's screen grab to compare, exactly the same 590 qty !! and also a CXXT too.
