Numbers seem about right based on asset value but will need to be factored down to reflect "net proceeds remaining following the sale of the AET&D assets", ie repayment of bank debt and payment of transaction costs including payment to the Cornerstone Investor in respect of any assets or businesses sold
from AET&D, equal to 1% of the enterprise value of assets or businesses sold.


I also add my thanks and appreciation to Bronte and all others involved in restoring some value to BEPPA.
