I think that you might be a bit light on with your prediction of the CR @8c, we are already beyond 8c and haven’t yet got absolute confirmation that the deal is done.
I expect that once confirmation arrives the SP will get another leg up and I’m sure that Lorry the Doc and the team at RWD will pull out all stops to get the SP as high as possible, shares are tightly held so I’m thinking the mark will be much closer to 20c …IMHO
