I would agree , when the deal is signed , then game on.
There is a good case to be made , in my view anyway, to not buying at this point , but saving your money for any capital raise that would occur after any signing , thus de-risking the decision a bit.
Especially as the raising may well be accompanied with additional options.
I doubt the signing will push the raising price much past where it is.
