Kalium was producing a few thousand ton per quarter (as you probably know) and far from nameplate. The 120Ktpa promise required more bores and infrastructure. Money was raised supposedly for this purpose but used mainly to resolve existing problems. A few new bores were sunk.
Whether or not the current potential brine supply is sufficient for the RWD process to achieve close to 120Ktpa remains to be seen. With greater efficiencies one would hope they get close to the 80-90Ktpa nameplate quickly.
Scaling of transfer pipes and poorly maintained bores was a problem at Kalium. Hopefully RWD doesn’t inherit these issues.
