Yeah, let the sp run, then raise. Same way explorers let the sp run after a discovery or a company making acquisition.
My thought is that SOP isn't the hottest commodity at the moment as far as shareholder excitement goes (not like REE or Li), but I guess the main question is if this acquisition will one day be economical. no-one knows.
On face value, this looks like a very good acquisition (if it goes through). But complicated to read through the terms.
Maybe the insto's will wait till the tech is proven and economic viability confirmed.
