At 16m it does appear to be a bargain especially given AMN were ready to go at $45m.
If they can sell the story and the SP does get to 20c plus then that does put a different slant on the deal. Getting the asset at a good price without significant dilution would be a huge win!!
Shares are tightly held with the Doc holding more than 40% so I guess there is a distinct possibility that the SP can appreciate between now and end Jan 2024.
