    Not quite sure how you come to the conclusion that $73mil is a big ask - They have a world class SOP resource in terms of KP, they will most likely get the Beyondie project for a steal plus they have a patented technology that can generate SOP from seawater which is an infinite resource.
    $73mil is cheap IMHO.
