    Anyone have any background on Dr Ruane, I understand he has a Ph.D in Chemistry. He buys stocks on-market using a corporate entity, Kesli. He seems to have deep pockets and has mopped up RWD & ERL shares on weakness for many years. Anyone know how he funds his purchases? Any other info?
