Maybe they can use afterpay and pay it off in installments interest free
The prospective dilution certainly does worry me. I wasn't around in the TSV days but from comments it doesn't sound all that good.
With the price of oil getting above $40/bbl which is a positive, and increase in production surely they'd be able to tuck away the money without dilution.
I do want to see the financials now more than ever to see what has been happening since the beginning of 2020.
Maybe they can use afterpay and pay it off in installments...
